3 Awesome Summer Cocktails to Shake Up April

There is no dearth of cocktail recipes available on the internet, what makes mixing cocktails even more fun is that each day mixologists are creating newer cocktails for fans to enjoy. With so many cocktails around, there’s always a temptation to mix up cocktail, it’s even more during summer when you want to cool off after a hot, tiring day. For a fun and exciting cocktail making experience, I’ve put together a list of easy-to-make cocktails, ideal to cool down after a hot-summer’s day.

Three Summer Cocktails to Make At Home


1. The Raspberry Spritzer

The Raspberry Spritzer

What you need

  • 2 table spoons of Triple Sec
  • 1 table spoon of Rose Water
  • 1 table spoon of cane sugar
  • 125g of fresh raspberry
  • 1 tea spoon of ginger powder
  • Zampa Soirée brut

How to make

  • Add the above ingredients (except the sparkling wine and the raspberries) in a shaker and shake well.
  • Strain the mixture into a punch bowl, top it up with Grover Zampa Soirée Brut, garnish with raspberries and voila!

2. No Way Rosé

No Way Rosé

What you need

  • 2 ounces of Ginger Ale
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 2 ounces of lemon soda
  • 4 Ice cubes
  • 4 ounces of Zampa Soirée Brut Rose

How to make

  • Pour wine, lemon soda and ginger ale into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.
  • Top it up with Zampa Soirée Brut Rosé and enjoy!

3. Berry Happy in Spirit

What you need

  • 4 ounces of Art Collection Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1 ounce of Tequila
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3 ounces Grapefruit Soda

How to make

  • Combine all ingredients in a tall, ice-filled glass.
  • Stir gently.
  • Best served immediately.
