Sometimes, you want to enjoy a great meal but at the same time keep it healthy. Normally, one would open up their Swiggy or Zomato app and just order, but if you like me are a foodie, you want to do the opposite. For such times, the only option you have is to cook a dish. Cooking is easy if you have the right recipe and the right ingredients.

Quinoa Sushi Roll

Irresistible (and easy!) this Quinoa Sushi Roll is easy to cook dish for when you are hungry and don't have the time to make an elaborate dish.

  • 100 gms cooked quinoa

  • 1-2 carrots, finely cut into thin sticks

  • 1  zucchini, finely cut into thin sticks

  • 1 radish, finely cut into thin sticks

  • 2 Nori sheet

  • 1 g Wasabi


  • 1. On a sushi mat, lay down the nori sheet. Spread cooked quinoa on top and spread evenly on the entire nori sheet. You can do this easily by using the back of a spoon or with your fingers.
    2. Place the zucchini, carrot, radish sticks on one end of the nori and roll tightly with the help of the sushi mat.
    3. Cut the roll into 8 equal sizes. 
    4. Serve cold with soy sauce, ginger pickle & wasabi paste.


You can also add sliced tuna, smoked salmon or prawns.
